🚚 Shipping

We currently ship within Canada only.

All orders are sent via standard Canada Post, which typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.

We hand-pack each order with care and aim to ship within 2 business days after your order is placed. Orders placed during holidays or high-volume periods may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated. You’ll get a shipping confirmation as soon as your socks are on the move.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We’re very proud of the quality and design of our socks, crafted with care and tested for comfort. That’s why we want you to feel great wearing them too. If there’s a quality-related issue (such as defects or receiving the wrong item), we’re here to make it right, as long as:

  • The socks are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept socks that have been worn even just to try on)
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving your package with your order number and a clear photo of the issue

Once your return or exchange is approved, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
We may ask you to send the item back using your preferred shipping method, and if you’re exchanging, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

📏 Size Guide

Most of our socks are unisex and come in one standard adult size, which comfortably fits:

  • Women’s shoe size: 5–11
  • Men’s shoe size: 5–10.5

Summer socks and sport styles may have slight variation. Check individual product pages for details.

🧼 Sock Care Tips

To keep your socks looking and feeling great, we recommend gentle washing in cold water and air drying whenever possible. Avoid bleach and high heat to preserve colors and fabric quality.

📦 Packaging

We believe style and sustainability can go hand in hand. All of our packaging is:

  • Minimal by design
  • Hand-wrapped using recyclable materials
  • Free from plastic and unnecessary fluff

Because each wrapping is crafted individually, no two packages look exactly the same, but that’s part of the charm.

❓ What if the sock I want is out of stock?

We update our inventory regularly! If your fave design isn’t available, drop us a line. We’ll let you know when it's back (or suggest a worthy alternative).
