Refund policy

At Sock Boom!, we’re proud of the quality, design, and comfort of every pair of socks we send out. Every product is carefully curated, crafted, and tested to make sure it brings the right kind of Boom to your outfit. That said, we understand that issues can sometimes arise — and we’re here to help when they do.

✅ What We Accept

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • You received a defective or damaged item
  • You received the wrong item by mistake

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your package
  • Include your order number and a photo of the issue in your message

Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for the next steps.

📦 Important: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn or tried on — even briefly.

🚫 What We Can’t Accept

We are unable to process returns, refunds, or exchanges if:

  • The item was worn, washed, or unpackaged
  • You ordered the wrong size or product
  • You changed your mind about the purchase

We encourage you to check the product info, size guide, and care instructions before placing your order. If you’re ever unsure, feel free to reach out before checking out.

🔁 How Exchanges Work

If we’ve sent the wrong item, or there’s a defect:

  • You may be asked to return the item using your preferred shipping method
  • Once we receive and confirm the issue, we’ll send out the correct item
  • We cover the shipping cost for the replacement item

We do not offer exchanges for size or style preference.

💸 Refunds

In cases where a refund is approved (e.g. the item is out of stock or damaged beyond use), you’ll receive a notification and the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

🌍 Canada-Only Orders

At this time, we only accept and ship orders within Canada. All returns must also be shipped from within Canada.

♻️ Sustainable Packaging Note

To reduce waste, Sock Boom! uses handcrafted, recyclable wrapping for all orders. This means each package is slightly different — but always made with care.
